THE CARTMEL SYNDICATE was founded in the beautiful Cumbrian village of Cartmel, famous for its 800 year old priory, unique racecourse, sticky toffee pudding and, of course, the Cartmel Syndicate.

Run by ex permit holder Phil Pye, the Cartmel Syndicate is a small, private, genuine syndicate. It is not a racing club. Concentrating on National Hunt racing, the Syndicate owns two horses, Black Mogul and Golden Run. Black Mogul ran well on the flat before being bought to run over hurdles. Golden Run, bred by the syndicate, is a 6 year old mare and is now running in hurdle races. Membership of the Syndicate includes:-

. Monthly newsletter
. Stable visits
. Owners badges (in rotation)
. Videos available
. Share of profits
. Photos
. Syndicate information line
. Runners nationwide
. No hidden extras

The information line is at normal rates - it is not a premium rate line. A private telephone number is supplied to all members who will be able to phone in anytime for the latest information on training reports, jockey bookings, declaration of runners and badges on race days. A mobile phone number is also provided on race days, on which the syndicate manager can be contacted for any latest information.
